In Real Life is about such moments, where lives are drastically changed. As a multi-plot drama, created out of three years of acting improvisations, In Real Life follows three story threads with characters who come together by internet dating and by their persistent search for some kind of meaning in life between love and sheer survival.

Greg is addicted to Realm of Conquest, an online fantasy game where he plays an axe wielding barbarian. After battling on-line together for a year, Greg is finally ready to meet his online love in person. He invites her to meet him in real life on a snowy cabin retreat. The problem is, she's not the typical gamer and the results are anything but predictable.

Vincent “Vince” Mafila, a gardener is his late 50s, He buried his dreams and settled for a quiet life. Vince firmly believes that being a “good” person equates getting all good things in life. That belief is proven wrong when he is diagnosed with cancer and probably has a month to live. Now he is haunted by his past and trapped by regrets for not living his truth. Each week he consults a therapist to help him face his sudden reality. Instead of opening up he chooses to sleep for the entire session and dream of what his life could have been.

Bitter Sweet Life (Hayat Bazen Tatlidir) is the story of Hayat, a history teacher at a top private school. Her job makes it financially possible for her little sister, Gözde to attend the school as a student. One day Hayat gets an urgent phone call saying her little sister is in danger at a party. Hayat arrives at the given address just in time to stop her unconscious sister from being raped by a fellow student. When Hayat confronts the boy's rich father about the incident he makes sure she loses her job. Hayat gets a new job at a state school where she faces corruption and has to fight the system in order to give her students a good education. With her cleverness and wits, Hayat manages to juggle her way around the money-grabbing school administration and both sisters eventually win the students' trust and hearts.
